📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes for assigned categories, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage category budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management or procurement operations.
Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
