📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide feedback and support to the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
