As a Deputy Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead tutors and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for our students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering lesson plans,Monitor student progress and provide feedback,Conduct assessments and exams,Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment,Support students with special needs or learning difficulties,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities,Assist with the preparation and grading of assignments and tests,Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tutor or teaching assistant,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of educational theories and best practices,Valid teaching certificate (preferred),Experience with students of various ages and abilities (preferred)
