📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Assist in preparing food and beverages, including maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using POS systems like QSR or similar.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere, fostering a sense of community among guests.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions, special events, and new menu items to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems like QSR or similar is a plus.
