📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus, ensuring they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to manage inventory and procurement.,Knowledge of POS systems and kitchen management software.
