📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide operational support to the management team and assist in decision-making processes.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of agricultural operations and industry standards is a plus.
