📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist in the daily production of bakery items, including bread, cakes, cookies, and other desserts.
- Follow and adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dough for baking.
- Help in the decoration and presentation of pastries and desserts.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of bakery equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bakery or pastry shop.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques, including bread making, cake decorating, and dessert preparation.
- Familiarity with using professional kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
