CV Cemerlang Kartika is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Medical Representative to join our team in Tenggarong. As the Lead Medical Representative, you will be responsible for leading a team of medical representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the success of our pharmaceutical products in the market. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.,Organize and participate in medical and scientific events, conferences, and workshops to promote our products.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in sales and team management.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.,Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
