📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.,Monitor and evaluate product quality to ensure compliance with established standards.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QC staff on quality control procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is a plus.
