PT Astrid Cendana is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on progress and achievements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build business connections.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
