📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of technical infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical operations align with overall business goals.,Participate in the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of technical systems and equipment.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
