Smart Direct Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Track vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Manage driver schedules and ensure they adhere to company policies and safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
