Leaf Royal Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and expectations.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
