As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our innovative products and services, specifically targeting UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Bali. This is a contract position with a focus on empowering UMKM growth and digital transformation in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and prospect potential UMKM clients in Bali, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.,Present and demonstrate our products and services to UMKM clients, highlighting their benefits and potential impact on their business growth.,Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with UMKM clients, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the UMKM sector in Bali.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand your client base and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or UMKM sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the UMKM landscape and the challenges they face.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
