AccountStaff is seeking a highly experienced Senior WSH Coordinator to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health and safety programs that comply with local regulations and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of health and safety data and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with management to ensure that health and safety objectives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in health and safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in health and safety management.,Certification in health and safety management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective health and safety programs and initiatives.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential hazards and risks.,Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment is a plus.
