📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support end-users with IT-related issues and provide technical assistance.,Monitor and maintain IT equipment and ensure its proper functioning.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.,Provide technical support during system upgrades and maintenance.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.
