📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels to minimize waste and ensure availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet high standards.,Work closely with the management team to improve service quality and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a must.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in using Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Flexible and willing to work during peak hours and weekends.
