You'll work closely with the HR team to implement new HR policies and procedures, and provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support HR processes by using HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Assist in implementing new HR policies and procedures within the HRIS.
- Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HRIS or HR administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
