📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and share information across the organization.
• Use tools like SharePoint, Confluence, and other knowledge management systems to streamline information flow.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories, such as databases, wikis, and document management systems.
• Conduct knowledge audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor employees on the use of knowledge management tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Library Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or other knowledge management systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Power BI.
• Certification in knowledge management or a related field is a plus.
