📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and customers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative healthcare solutions.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.,Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.,Provide strategic guidance and support to junior business development team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
