Rejeki Nanda Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. As the Lead Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a full-time position located in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. The salary range for this role is Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's quality standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.
