CV Maju Bukit is looking for a Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all tests and analyses are performed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior lab technicians and ensuring that our laboratory complies with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tests and analyses are performed accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that the laboratory complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and analyses.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Collaborate with other departments, such as the medical team and the administrative team, to ensure that laboratory services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure that it is in good working order.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including those related to blood tests, urine tests, and other common laboratory tests.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.,Familiarity with laboratory management software and other relevant technology.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
