📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring adherence to SOPs.,Supervising a team of lab technicians and ensuring their professional development.,Performing and reviewing laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Managing laboratory inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Providing technical support to other departments as required.,Participating in quality assurance activities and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proven experience in supervising and mentoring lab technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GLP).,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
