Bay Royal Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in maintenance management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continuation of high-quality maintenance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management review.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and supervising maintenance teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in maintenance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work as required.
