📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide technical support to employees.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Develop and implement security measures to protect our systems and data.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our IT systems meet their needs.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of our IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
