📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.
  • Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  • Familiarity with hospital systems and software.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
