Pusat Jaya Bakery is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
