📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across our plants in Bali.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Power BI and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations in Bali.
