📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve relationships and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
