📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening job applicants to ensure a quality pool of candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
