📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets industry standards.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
