📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
