📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and that all staff are properly trained and supervised.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.,Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that all staff are properly trained and supervised.,Experience with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team environment, and to collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
