📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
