BTPN Syariah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Control Specialist to join our Treasury & Financial Institutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing risk control processes to ensure the financial health and stability of our institution. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage risk control processes for Treasury and Financial Institutions.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on risk control processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk control, treasury, or financial institutions.,Strong knowledge of risk management principles, techniques, and tools.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
