Puskesmas Cahya Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure smooth operations of the store, including cash handling, customer transactions, and sales.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor and report on sales performance and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
