Oversee the daily operations of the store and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store and restaurant.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor sales and inventory levels, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that stock levels are adequate and well-managed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Proven ability to manage and control inventory and sales.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
