📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers
- Assist in deliveries and perform necessary interventions
- Conduct newborn screenings and vaccinations
- Offer family planning services and education
- Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies
- Educate patients on proper nutrition, hygiene, and childcare
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in midwifery
- Valid SIKB (Surat Izin Kerja Bidan) and SIPB (Surat Izin Praktik Bidan)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and compassionate environment
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
