We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in interior design and project management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire interior works process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to bring their vision to life.
• Use industry-standard project management tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Autodesk Construction Cloud to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports to track project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and any potential challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior works project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
