📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in Denpasar, Badung, and Bali.
• Assist in the sales process by demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of Transmedic's medical equipment.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and assessments to ensure our products meet the specific needs of each facility.
• Offer training and troubleshooting to healthcare staff, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, medical technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical or technical support roles within the medical equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of medical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and other critical care devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Certifications in medical equipment or related fields are highly regarded.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Salesforce, CRM systems, and medical equipment management software.
