📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with international and national regulations.

• Oversee the training and certification of employees in HSE best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics using software like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with a strong background in the mining and natural resources sector.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent in HSE management.
• Proven track record of reducing incident rates and improving HSE compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of international and national regulations, including those from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
