📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network performance using SolarWinds, PRTG, and Cisco Prime.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular network audits and implement improvements to enhance performance and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.
• Implement and manage network security policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in network operations.
• Provide on-call support to address critical network issues during non-business hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNP certification (or equivalent experience) in Routing and Switching, Enterprise Core, and Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, etc.).
• Proficient in using network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Cisco Prime.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
